I have worked over 8 years as a Personal Trainer in both Sydney and London.  My passion for Yoga led me to India where I studied – immersed myself in the culture and philosophy – and became a certified teacher.  I have since continued to my studies in Stress Management and NLP practices so that I can offer my clients a holistic range of services, dedicated to helping them make the lifestyle changes they need to, in order to restore balance and happiness in their lives.

As a stress management consultant, I work with clients to help them recognise, reduce and reverse the effects of debilitating stress.  Stress is a very real part of all of our lives and when left untamed it can create havoc – affecting the way we feel physically, mentally and emotionally. If we don’t learn to manage our stress it can become chronic.

As your Holistic Lifestyle Consultant I work hands on with you to identify imbalances in your lifestyle and discover resolutions that feel right for YOU.   I take an individual approach to your unique situation and help to eliminate causes of blocks, stress, unhappiness or uncertainty.  Together we not only identify what changes need to be made, we put them into action.

Taking the time to rest and restore is so important to our overall health and well-being.  In my ‘Zen’ sessions I use yoga, meditation and pranayama to help my clients relax and release stored tension.  The tension in our muscles is created as much by our minds as it is by our bodies.  Therefore, it is essential that we learn to relax the mind and the body.

As your personal trainer, I will work with you towards developing an intuitive approach to your health and fitness. The health of your body affects the way you live your life.  If you are taking care of yourself and have a body that is healthy and able it can take you wherever you want to go.   I will work with you to become more attuned to what your body is telling you.  To become more aware of what it is that makes you feel strong, healthy and alive – so we can do MORE of that and LESS of what makes you feel weak, unhealthy and depleted.
